Jess has been with Cuningham Taylor since 2012 and specialises in family and employment law.

Jess regularly appears with clients in the Family Court and has a wealth of knowledge in Care of Children, Family Violence, Oranga Tamariki and Relationship Property matters. Jess enjoys working with her clients and adopting a solution focussed and collaborative approach, whilst maintaining strong advocacy on behalf of her clients.

In employment, Jess has appeared in mediations facilitated by the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment and in the Employment Relations Authority. She often assists both employees and employers and will work with her clients to attempt to resolve any employment related matters as quickly and easily as possible.

Jess is keenly aware that most of her clients are seeking her help at a difficult and stressful time for them and she handles all matters sensitively and with empathy.

Outside work, Jess enjoys spending time with family and trying her hand at new skills.
